COST:
The cost of joining the Monona
Swim and Dive Club is $195 per child. If you pay by May 15, you
receive a $15 discount ($180). To both swim and dive, add $50.
To register more than one swimmer/diver, check the registration form (see
below).
Fees must be paid by a child's first day of
practice. For liability reasons, no
swimmer or diver whose fees are not paid and whose medical forms,
registration and All-City liability waiver have not been received will be
allowed on deck or in the pool during practice.
Swimmers and divers who drop out prior to
the first meet can receive their fees back minus a $25 administrative
fee. No refunds will be granted after the first meet.
A limited amount of financial aid is
available for swimmers and divers whose families would be otherwise unable
to afford to join. For more information, contact Sue McDade at
221-0645.
