REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE SEASON … Check back in March of 2012 to get involved next year!
We are very excited to welcome our friends and family back for another season – but we are REALLY excited to welcome new swimmers and divers to our team. Click on the link below for the forms needed to register and send them to Sue McDade, 6301 Southern Circle, Monona, WI 53716 OR BRING THEM DIRECTLY TO THE POOL! If you have any questions, please call Sue at 221-0645.
Please note: THERE ARE A TOTAL OF FOUR (4) PAGES THAT NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO COMPLETE YOUR CHILD’S REGISTRATION!! There are three (3) pages included on registration form and one (1) page for the All-City form. We need you to fill out and return ALL of them. Do not delay – as each year some of our age groups fill … we don’t want you to be left out of the fun!

Cost – 2011
The cost of joining the Monona Swim and Dive Club is $205 per child. If you pay by May 15, you receive a $15 discount ($190). To both swim and dive, add $75. To register more than one swimmer/diver, check the registration form (see above).
Fees must be paid by a child’s first day of practice. For liability reasons, no swimmer or diver whose fees are not paid and whose medical forms, registration and All-City liability waiver have not been received will be allowed on deck or in the pool during practice.
Swimmers and divers who drop out prior to the first meet can receive their fees back minus a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after the first meet.
A limited amount of financial aid is available for swimmers and divers whose families would be otherwise unable to afford to join. For more information, contact Sue McDade at 221-0645.
Registration Night – 2011
Join us between 6:30 and 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13 at the Monona Community Center (1011 Nichols Road) for team registration and suit/clothing fitting. This annual event is a great way to take care of your swim/dive team registration while catching up with old friends!
Registraion materials will be mailed to all returning families in March and are posted below for east down-loading!
